“If and when rage becomes a dam to creative thought and action, then it must be softened or changed” Clarissa Pinkola Estes

Welcome to this Radical Reflection Exploration! This is a series for paid subscribers of WAVES where we delve deeper into themes through ritual and our bodies. This is for you if: you are feeling or have felt anger, you have felt guilt or shame around that anger, you are outraged by what is happening in the world and don’t know what to do with that rage. I invite you to do this with other people if it feels good, as it is really beautiful to then share your experience with someone who has gone through this exploration with you. Every element of this exploration is curated in synchronicity with the rest, but it is also thought for you to use what works for you and leave the rest.

I would love to know how it goes if you try this.
