A writing exercise for overthinkers and creatives who need to get out of their head. And some thoughts on the creative process.
As a writer and an overthinker, I am constantly looking for ways to get out of my head. While this may not be for everyone, I have noticed that, for myself, getting out of my head is fundamental for my creativity. I have even made a workshop out of this practice, which I soon will be teaching at a university here in Barcelona, as a way of approaching creativity from a different angle.
I’ve been reading a book that feels light and deep at the same time and has inspired me in so many ways as an artist, especially in a moment in which I am feeling particularly vulnerable.
