Magic is defined as the “art of influencing or predicting events and producing marvels using hidden natural forces." If we dig deeper into the etymology of the word, we arrive at its root meaning “to be able”, as if there was a simplicity to magic too. Magic is also defined as “supernatural” meaning above nature, which I find incredibly peculiar because most magical moments that I have witnessed in my life have been in nature: a sunset after a storm, the birth of a child, a falling star behind a full moon.
